The Role
As a Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative with Axxelus, you’ll be responsible for driving results within your territory by combining clinical knowledge with relationship-based selling. You’ll serve as the bridge between healthcare providers and the treatments that help their patients live healthier lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed territory sales goals by effectively promoting pharmaceutical products to physicians and healthcare professionals.
- Deliver confident, compliant clinical presentations that educate providers on product benefits, indications, and competitive differentiators.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within primary care practices and specialty clinics.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and staff across your assigned territory.
- Manage territory business plans, budgets, and call activities with precision and accountability.
- Maintain accurate reporting through CRM systems and comply with all industry and company guidelines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teammates and leadership to maximize reach and impact.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — verbal, written, and presentation.
- Prior success in healthcare or pharmaceutical sales.
- Ability to discuss products clinically and adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent time management and organizational discipline.
- Comfort using digital tools for routing, reporting, and virtual engagement.
- Neuro experience is helpful.
- Relationships with existing doctors is a PLUS.
