Smile Brite Orthodontics is a growing, community-focused orthodontic practice known for exceptional patient experiences, strong dentist relationships, and creative community outreach. We are looking for a highly organized, energetic, and dependable Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing efforts and represent our brand both inside and outside the office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, events, organization, and follow-through, and who takes ownership of their work from start to finish.
Position Summary
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning, executing, tracking, and improving all marketing initiatives for the practice. This includes dentist relationships, patient engagement, social media, school and community outreach, events, internal culture initiatives, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with dentists, patients, school staff, and community partners
- Creative but structured - able to execute ideas consistently
- Reliable, proactive, and accountable
- Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, events, communications, or community outreach preferred
- Social media experience required
- Healthcare or dental experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and assist with event setup
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time, in-office position
- Some evenings or weekends required for events (with advance notice)
- Local travel to schools, dentist offices, and community events
