You're closing qualified inbound leads from brands like SpaceX, Disney, Netflix, and Google who want custom promotional inflatables and pool floats. No cold calling. These prospects are already raising their hand.

What You’ll DoWhat You’ll Do
- Handle inbound sales leads and guide them through a fast-paced, consultative sales cycle
- Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
- Manage your pipeline and sales activities in CRMs
- Work closely with our design and production teams to bring customer ideas to life
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience to a predominantly US-based clientele
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and confidence engaging VIP clients
- Charismatic, persuasive, and comfortable with a consultative sales approach
- Highly organized with excellent CRM hygiene and the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Tech-savvy, self-motivated, and proactive, with a true “closer” mindset
- Experience in D2C, B2B, e-commerce, events, experiential marketing, or creative industries is a strong plus
