VC Executive Team, a world-class sales and business consulting firm, is seeking a Sales Account Manager in the Ontario area. This professional role is designed to master client acquisition, consultative sales, strategic account management, and streamlined service coordination that elevates the entire client portfolio for the Frontier campaign.
As a Sales Account Manager, you will serve as the key liaison for new Frontier business clients, ensuring all transactions are completed on time. You’ll manage sales cycle timelines, monitor client implementation metrics, and contribute to relationship management that builds lasting loyalty and trust. This hands-on role requires mastering proposal documentation and maintaining accurate CRM records.
Essential Functions of the Sales Account Manager
- Launch targeted outreach to customers across Ontario, securing new Frontier service contracts through direct acquisition.
- Conduct structured business assessments to deliver customized Frontier solutions aligned with operational needs and growth goals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and proposal development to contract negotiation and service order submission.
- Coordinate with internal operations and technical support as a Sales Account Manager to ensure seamless activation, issue resolution, and onboarding continuity.
- Maintain detailed CRM records of pipeline activity, account status, and client interactions to support forecasting and campaign strategy.
Education & Experience Needed for the Sales Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in Business, Marketing, or Sales is a strong asset
- 1–2 years in B2B sales, account coordination, or performance-driven roles, preferably in telecom, consulting, or territory-based outreach.
- Proven ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet performance targets, and execute client acquisition strategies with discipline.
