Job Summary
Enterprise Order Solutions (EOS) is a growing third-party logistics (3PL) and warehousing provider seeking an experienced Logistics Sales Executive to generate new business. This is a commission-based sales role focused on selling warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics services to ecommerce, wholesale, and B2B customers.
This role is ideal for experienced logistics, 3PL, or freight sales professionals who are comfortable earning through commission and building long-term recurring accounts.
This is not an entry-level role and not a base-salary sales position.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and close new customers for 3PL, warehousing, and fulfillment services
- Sell recurring logistics solutions including storage, pick/pack, B2C, and B2B fulfillment
- Qualify customers based on order volume, SKU count, service needs, and margin potential
- Work with EOS leadership on pricing, onboarding approval, and operational fit
- Build a pipeline of long-term, repeat customers
- Accurately represent EOS capabilities and service levels
What You Will NOT Do
- Sell unapproved services or low-margin accounts
- Offer pricing discounts without approval
- Promise custom systems, WMS changes, or unsupported workflows
- Pass unqualified customers to operations
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation (no base salary)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Paid on billed and collected revenue
- Higher commission during initial client ramp, followed by ongoing residuals
- Optional short-term recoverable draw may be available
- No commission caps or territory restrictions
This role is designed for sales professionals who want long-term residual income, not one-time deals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in logistics sales, 3PL sales, freight sales, or supply chain sales
- Understanding of warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and service-level agreements
- Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and deal qualification skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred Backgrounds
- 3PL or fulfillment sales
- Freight brokerage or freight forwarding
- Ecommerce logistics or supply chain consulting
- Independent or commission-based sales roles
This Role Is Not a Fit If You
- Require a guaranteed base salary
- Do not have logistics or supply chain experience
- Prefer short-term or transactional sales only
- Are uncomfortable discussing pricing, margins, or operational limits
