Overview
We are looking for a passionate, highly organized, and communicative Product Manager who thrives on follow-through, documentation, and collaboration.
This role works closely with our Sales and manufacturing partners. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys keeping projects moving, documenting decisions, and being the communication bridge between sales and factory teams.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Act as the day-to-day product support partner to the Sales
- Document customer needs, sales feedback, and product requests clearly and accurately
- Provide organized product updates, timelines, and follow-ups to sales and customers
Manufacturer Communication & Follow-Up
- Communicate directly with overseas manufacturers on development progress.
- Provide clear written feedback, improvement ideas, and execution instructions
- Track open items and follow up consistently until resolution
- Ensure all changes, approvals, and timelines are properly documented
Documentation & Organization
- Maintain clear, structured product documentation .
- Keep an up-to-date list of active projects, priorities, and next steps
- Summarize discussions and decisions so all parties stay aligned
Product Feedback & Research
- Collect customer feedback, market input, and internal suggestions
- Organize insights into actionable recommendations for manufacturers
- Support continuous product improvement through clear communication
Qualifications
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong documentation and follow-up discipline
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple products and tasks
- Comfortable working with overseas partners
- Proficient in MS Office and product/project tracking tools
- Self-motivated and proactive
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in product coordination, sales support, product management, or factory communication is a plus
- Experience working with manufacturers or suppliers is highly desirable
Language Skills
- English
- Mandarin bilingual strongly preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
