About the Role
We are hiring a Social Media & Influencer Relationships Manager to own our brand’s day-to-day social presence and build meaningful influencer partnerships that drive awareness and revenue.
This is a hands-on execution role. Your job is to ensure our brand accounts run smoothly, our community stays engaged, and our influencer relationships are strong, organized, and performance-driven.
You will be the primary bridge between our brand and creators.
Core Responsibilities
1. Brand Social Account Management (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc..)
- Manage daily posting schedule across all brand platforms
- Coordinate with content leads to publish approved content
- Write captions aligned with brand voice and compliance guidelines
- Monitor and respond to comments and DMs
- Engage with community members and foster meaningful interactions
- Track weekly analytics and identify trends or opportunities
- Maintain a structured content calendar
- Monitor platform updates and new features
2. Influencer Outreach & Relationship Management
- Identify aligned creators and influencers
- Conduct outreach via DM, email, or creator platforms
- Vet creators for brand alignment and audience quality
- Coordinate product gifting and campaign logistics
- Negotiate partnership terms
- Manage deliverables, timelines, and approvals
- Track performance metrics from influencer campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators
- Maintain organized influencer database and tracking system
3. Community Management
- Help build and manage our brand community
- Monitor brand mentions and UGC opportunities
- Encourage conversation and participation around product launches
- Support live events or digital activations when needed

Qualifications
- Some experience managing social media accounts, building online communities, or coordinating partnerships is preferred but not required
- Strong written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations and deadlines at once
- Comfortable initiating outreach and building new relationships
- Active user of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with a strong understanding of platform culture
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and performance tracking
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Genuine interest in natural health and purpose-driven brands
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Experience with social scheduling tools
- Experience coordinating creators or influencers
- Background in customer service, sales, or community management
- Familiarity with CRM systems or tracking dashboards
Position Details

- On-site preferred (with flexibility once established)
- Compensation: $23–$30 per hour, depending on experience
- Works closely with Content Leads
