Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Wilmington, NC, for an Advertising Specialist. The Advertising Specialist will develop and implement advertising strategies, analyze campaign performance, and optimize ad spend to meet business goals. Responsibilities include planning ad campaigns, conducting data analysis, collaborating with marketing and sales teams, and creating engaging advertising content to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness.
This role is local only and requires in-office collaboration. Please only apply if you can work on-site regularly.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
Proficiency in marketing analytics, data interpretation, and the ability to measure campaign performance and ROI
Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to optimize advertising strategies
Proven experience in marketing and advertising, with an understanding of sales strategies
Proficiency in data analysis tools and campaign performance measurement
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing and sales teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of digital advertising platforms and current industry trends is a plus
Strong copywriting skills for digital advertising and marketing materials
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
