FinPoint Insurance is seeking a self-directed Marketing & Brand Manager to lead and execute marketing and brand initiatives across all FinPoint locations. This role is responsible for driving inbound lead generation, managing our digital presence, and ensuring brand consistency across offices and platforms.
This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for someone who is comfortable owning outcomes, building systems, and balancing strategy with execution in a growing organization. The Marketing & Brand Manager will work closely with leadership and external vendors to support business growth and visibility.
This is not a purely creative role. It is ideal for someone who is independent, analytical, and results-driven.
Core Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Own and maintain FinPoint’s brand voice, messaging, and visual identity
- Translate business goals into practical, executable marketing strategies
- Ensure brand consistency across offices, campaigns, and materials
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Manage paid media across Google Ads and Meta platforms
- Optimize campaigns with a focus on lead quality and performance
- Maintain tracking through GA4, Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion events
Website & SEO
- Manage and update the FinPoint website (WordPress), including landing pages and forms
- Coordinate with external developers as needed
- Improve SEO performance, site speed, and conversion paths
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor performance across marketing channels and report insights to leadership
- Track traffic, conversions, cost per lead, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve attribution and funnel visibility
Content & Social Media
- Plan and execute organic social content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Create short-form video, graphics, and written content
- Support community engagement and local visibility initiatives
Vendors & Tools
- Manage relationships with agencies, developers, and software vendors
- Evaluate and implement marketing tools, CRMs, and system integrations
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, brand management, or growth marketing
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong organizational, judgment, and communication skills
- Experience in service-based or local businesses is a plus
