Compensation:
$60,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Financial Professional (First 12 Months)
Purpose:
Learn the financial services business from the ground up while building a client base and meeting performance goals.
Responsibilities:
- Sell New York Life financial products and services
- Develop and maintain client relationships through consultative financial planning
- Meet defined sales and production requirements
- Build a strong understanding of products, processes, and client needs
Training and Support:
- Comprehensive onboarding and product training
- Access to digital tools and a broad range of competitive financial products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, disability income insurance, and investment products
- Securities licensing and FINRA registration are required prior to offering investment products (through NYLIFE Securities)
Phase 2: Transition to Management (Next 6 Months)
Prerequisites:
Successful completion of Phase 1 performance benchmarks and required licensing.
Program Overview:
- Six-month Associate Partner training program focused on leadership and management development
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach, and develop a team of financial professionals
- Provide mentoring and performance guidance
- Support team production and business growth through leadership and training
Career Path
Graduates of the program may continue to advance into higher levels of management based on performance, leadership ability, and business results.

Qualifications:
Required Licenses & Certifications
Have or be willing to obtain:
- FINRA Series 7, 63, 65, or 66 registrations
- Life and Health insurance licenses
Experience & Education
- Minimum: 2+ years of industry or sales management experience
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent professional experience
