Do you have a passion for video storytelling? Do you want to join the best social content team in the NBA? The LA Clippers are looking for a Video Production Associate to help with ideating, editing, and producing, some of the most noteworthy content in the league. Knowledge of social media platforms and the Adobe Creative Cloud is a must.
This is a part-time seasonal position for the 2025-2026 NBA season based at Intuit Dome located in Inglewood, CA. Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule including weeknights, weekends, and holidays to cover high profile events and NBA games. Work hours will fluctuate based on event schedules and business needs. It is expected that you are able to attend all of our home games in person, including weekends, holidays, and playoff as well as remotely support during our away games, in addition to spending one afternoon per week (Tuesdays) in the office with the other members of the social and content teams.
What You Will Do:
- Produce, ideate, and edit video and vertical video content for Clippers social channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other emerging platforms.
- Understand and identify vertical social trends in sports
- Create video edits leveraging footage shot by yourself, others, or pulled from broadcast
- Ability to turn quick edits around if needed
- Cultivate a positive team dynamic and work collaboratively with all levels
- Travel to events and content shoots to create on-site content, when necessary
Your Background, Skills And Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience producing/editing video
- Deep knowledge of editing programs including Adobe Premier Pro and CapCut
- Regular consumption of social media on multiple platforms
- Experience producing content for social video apps such as TikTok and Reels
- Working knowledge of After Effects and Photoshop is a plus
- Appreciation for sports, especially the NBA
- Timely in disseminating and communicating ideas
- Keen eye for trends across platforms
- Excels at receiving and implementing feedback from team leaders on creative, production, and editing
- Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution
- Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
- Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business
- Due to the nature of this industry, the candidate must be available to work a flexible schedule, including weeknights, select weekends, and holidays
Compensation
- $19.00 - $21.00 per hour. This role is classified as non-exempt.
