Creative Marketing & E-Commerce Associate @ Uomosport 🎾

Uomosport is a premium performance apparel brand rooted in Italian craftsmanship and modern athletic culture. We build elevated essentials for racket sports and beyond — where technical performance meets understated luxury.

We're growing our team and looking for a creative, hands-on Creative Marketing & E-Commerce Associate to help bring the brand to life across digital channels.

What You'll Do

🎨 Content & Creative Shoot and produce e-commerce and lifestyle photography, create visual assets for launches, and maintain a consistent, elevated brand aesthetic.

📱 Social Media Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram and TikTok. Grow our presence and develop creative concepts true to the Uomosport identity.

📧 Email & Lifecycle Marketing Build and execute campaigns in Klaviyo — welcome flows, abandoned cart, post-purchase, and beyond. Analyze and optimize continuously.

📈 Paid Media & Growth Manage and optimize ad spend across Meta and Google. Track performance and contribute to broader campaign strategy.

🛍️ E-Commerce Support product uploads, site merchandising, and page updates on Shopify — ensuring everything reflects brand standards.

You Are

✔ A creative with a strong eye for design, photography, and branding ✔ Equally comfortable concepting and executing ✔ Analytical and performance-minded ✔ A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments ✔ Passionate about fashion, sport, and modern luxury

What We're Looking For

1–4 years in marketing, content, or e-commerce
Photography + editing experience (Lightroom, Photoshop)
Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
Paid ads experience (Meta, Google) — strong plus
Shopify knowledge preferred
