Sales Person/Business Development Manager for PMI NWI - Property Management, Inc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the property management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, property owners, and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

- Evaluate investment opportunities using NOI, cap rates, cash flow, and rent analysis
- Advise clients on market conditions, portfolio strategy, and long-term performance
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales or business development, ideally within property management or real estate.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities with a focus on closing deals.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to exceed targets.
- Ability to thrive both independently and within a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
