Foxlink is expanding its business by launching a new manufacturing facility in Dallas Texas. This factory will produce SMT (Surface‐Mount Technology) electronic products. We are an essential business supporting a wide range of products in many different industries and developing the newest technology to support communications devices, computers and consumer electronics. Open Roles & Responsibilities
1) PE Senior Engineer
- Collaborate with customer for product validation plan and DFM
- Analyze distributions, Cp/Cpk metrics, and address any instability or reliability concerns
- Analyze DOE plan and results, providing technical recommendations
- Lead function failure FA/CA and yield improvement
- EE BOM setup and maintenance
2) Testing Senior Engineer
- Test station setup and maintenance
- Responsible for executing project test plans and validation report
- Work with customer to review DFM and present specifications
- Solve test problems with both customer and vendor
- Working closely with the development team to define functional and performance test.
3) Automation Process Engineer
- Lead the evaluation and introduction of automation equipment projects, and manage subsequent equipment debugging and acceptance
- Non-standard automation equipment DFM review, Buy-off follow-up
- Automation equipment installation, troubleshooting, equipment downtime improvement, equipment efficiency enhancement
- Introduce automation equipment to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase goals, reduce Online Direct Labor Headcount
- Improve and establish standard procedures for automation project implementation
4) IE Senior ENgineer
- Planned and optimized overall plant layout, including storage areas, production workshops, and utility zones, to enhance operational efficiency and space utilization
- Conducted project cost estimations, streamlined manufacturing processes, improved UPPH, and implemented manpower reduction strategies
- System standard time maintenance, BOM creation, ECN issuance, consumable usage estimation
- quipment/fixture DFM review, Buy-off follow-up
- Coordinated with Plant Construction, IT, and SFC teams to drive planning initiatives and ensured timely completion of all tasks according to project requirements
- IE/Planning and Engineering Department, with over 5 years of related work experience.
- Familiar with consumer electronics factory management models and work objectives.
- Experience with Apple customer product development is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle, PLM system operations is preferred.
- Experience in fixture design, development, and verification is preferred.
- Proven ability in applying IE ECRS methodology for time studies, independently conducting cycle time optimization, and proposing improvements to reduce direct labor (DL) headcount.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in circuit design & analysis(analog/digital/power/RF, etc.).
- Proficiency in circuit measurement equipment (Oscilloscopes/Multimeters,/Spectrum Analyzers/Logic Analyzers/Signal Generators, etc.).
- Proficiency in the use of tools such as soldering irons and heat guns.
- Excellent cross-functional teamwork (with SW/HWTE/PD/PM).
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Familiar with PLCs: Mitsubishi FX series, Omron, Keyence, Beckhoff, Siemens (S-1200, S-1500), Smart, Weiren, Proface, etc.
- Familiar with various common communication protocols, such as CC-Link, EtherCAT, Modbus.
- Familiar with communication for various robot workstations, such as Epson, Fanuc, UR, ABB robot programming types.
