As a Dental Field Marketer, you will be responsible for promoting dental services through direct community engagement, canvassing, and strategic outreach efforts. Responsibilities
- Conduct door-to-door canvassing to introduce dental services and educate potential clients about available treatments and benefits.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to local communities to increase awareness and patient engagement.
- Build strong relationships with community members, local organizations, and healthcare providers to foster trust and collaboration.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to explain dental procedures, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional manner.
- Engage in telemarketing efforts to follow up with prospects, schedule appointments, and promote special offers or events.
- Assist in organizing community events or fundraising activities that promote oral health awareness.
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions to ensure consistent engagement.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure messaging aligns with practice goals and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or related roles is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse audiences.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to reach broader community segments.
- Proven success in canvassing, door-to-door sales, telemarketing, or fundraising campaigns.
- Ability to negotiate confidently while maintaining professionalism and rapport-building techniques.
- Experience in supervising team members or leading outreach initiatives is advantageous.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for tracking outreach efforts and results.
- Must have a car with a valid driver’s license
