ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll sit at the intersection of technology and client engagement — configuring software, training end users, and delivering data-driven insights to senior defense and government leaders. You'll travel to military client sites 3 days per week and work at headquarters in the DC Metropolitan area when you're not on the road. This role is equal parts technical and people-facing, and you'll need to be strong at both.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Implement and configure a SaaS platform for defense and government clients
- Train clients on software and drive adoption across user groups
- Use SQL and Python to perform technical configuration and data integration
- Present data-driven findings clearly to senior government officials and executives
- Build and manage client relationships at military bases across the U.S.
- Collaborate with senior account and product teams to capture user needs
- Develop user guides, analytic reports, and data visualizations
- Support sales teams with product demonstrations when needed
WHAT YOU NEED
Required:
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; Associate's degree acceptable with relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with SQL and/or Python — you will be tested on this
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve open-ended problems independently
- Comfortable presenting complex data simply to senior leaders
- Able to navigate tough client conversations with confidence and professionalism
- Willing to travel three days per week to military client sites
- U.S. Citizenship required
If experienced:
- 1-4 years in a technical, analytical, or client-facing role
- Direct experience working with the DoD or Federal Government (any branch — Army, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, State Department)
Nice to Have:
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain one
- Background in defense acquisition, supply chain, federal procurement, or program management
- Experience with SaaS platforms, data analytics tools, or advisory services
- Exposure to additional coding languages or front-end development tools is a plus
