OBJECTIVES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Licensing
- Must obtain or currently hold a valid 2-14 Life & Annuity License (State Insurance License).
- Qualified candidates, not yet licensed, will receive step-by-step guidance to complete the required course and state exam.
Training & Onboarding
- Enroll in our 30-Day Launch Training Program (mandatory for all consultants regardless of experience).
- Participate in daily team huddles and weekly leadership calls to stay aligned with goals and strategies.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development through weekly team training events, personal mentorship coaching, and advanced leadership training.
Core Responsibilities
- Educate individuals and families on financial concepts such as retirement planning, life insurance, income protection, and wealth-building strategies.
- Conduct financial needs analyses to identify client goals and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Assist clients in setting up customized plans that protect and grow their wealth long-term.
- Engage in lead generation activities such as outreach, networking events, social media marketing, and referral partnerships to generate new business.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, teammates, and community partners.
- Lead client follow-up conversations to ensure clarity, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Participate in leadership development opportunities to build your own financial team as you grow.
