Role:
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for selling our core coaching and training programs to plumbing business owners who are serious about scaling their businesses.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many prospects and play a key role in maintaining and growing the Million Dollar Plumber brand through professional, high-integrity sales conversations.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high work ethic (Monday–Saturday)
- Follow and execute our sales process
- Train daily with your coach
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Complete admin work for accurate data collection
- Be a strong team player
Performance Expectations
- Minimum of $120k revenue closed per month
- Minimum 35% close rate
- Minimum of 100 outbound calls per day
Requirements
- 1–2 years sales experience
- Self-sufficient with strong time-management skills
- Coachable and open to learning new sales processes
- Exceptional on the phone (this is non-negotiable)
- Excellent communication skills
Location:
- Remote, stable internet connection required
Days & Hours:
- 6 days a week
- 8-5pm (covering all time zones in US)
- Expectations are to work until the job is done
Compensation:
- Base Pay: $50,000/year
- On Target Earnings (OTE): $114,800–$257,360/year+
- Uncapped commission potential for high performers
