Consumers Kitchens & Baths is hiring sales professionals to design, present, and close kitchen remodeling projects inside our top-performing showrooms.
What You'll Do
- Sell high-ticket kitchen and bath remodeling projects in one of our award-winning showrooms
- Design, present, and close solutions tailored to homeowners and remodeling professionals
- Work with pre-qualified walk-ins, appointments, and referrals — no cold calling or outside sales
- Focus on selling — our dedicated teams handle lead generation, logistics, and customer service
- Work 4 to 5 structured showroom shifts per week (38–42 hours), including a guaranteed 3-day weekend off every third week
What You’ll Earn
- Six-figure income potential with no cap on commission
Guaranteed Paid Training
- $800/week for 8 weeks of classroom + in-showroom training
- $1,000/week for 13 weeks during early ramp-up
After training, earn:
- Monthly commission draw (no repayment if below draw)
- Commission on every sale (paid monthly)
- Monthly and quarterly sales bonuses
