This is a compelling opportunity for a high-performing Investment Banking Analyst (1–2 years of experience) looking to transition to the buy-side in a dynamic, analytical, and collaborative environment. The role offers broad exposure across a generalist investment mandate, working closely with senior investment professionals on sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of Investment Banking experience (top-tier platform preferred)
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skillset
- Demonstrated interest in public and/or private markets investing
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analyses
- Conduct deep-dive company and industry research across multiple sectors
- Support transaction execution, due diligence, and structuring efforts
- Draft investment memoranda and present findings to senior team members
- Monitor portfolio companies and track investment performance
- Interface with management teams, advisors, and external stakeholders
