We provide premium Managed IT Services for small businesses — and we're looking for a relentless Sales Executive to own the hunt.
No micromanagement. No clock-watching. Just one of the most aggressive commission structures in the industry.
The Compensation Structure
We pay you as soon as the client pays their first month and every month after that with our Front-Loaded + Passive model:
- 100% of Month 1 Revenue — Close a $2,500/mo contract and earn $2,500 in your first month.
- 20% Lifetime Residuals — Earn 20% of every monthly invoice for the duration of the client's contract and subsequent contracts.
The Math: Your Path to $100k+
Illustrative example — land two 20-device clients per month ($2,500 MRR each):
- Upfront earnings: $5,000/month
- Residual growth: Passive income increases by approximately $1,000 each month
- Month 12 (illustrative): Approximately $12,000/month in residuals
Our Pricing: $150 per computer per month
What You'll Be Doing
- The Hunt: Source your own leads and cold-call small business owners — law firms, medical offices, CPAs, financial advisors
- The Pitch: Uncover technical pain points and present our managed services as the solution
- The Close: Own the full sales cycle from first contact to signed contract
- The Relationship: You are the primary point of contact until the client's IT services begin. At that point, you can sit back and collect your residuals or find more clients to grow your income.

- A Hunter — Day-one hunger. The phone doesn't scare you, and "No" is a challenge, not a rejection
- A Consultant — You speak to CEOs about business risk and bottom-line impact, not just server specs
- Self-Sufficient — Home office, your own discipline, no hand-holding required
- IT Literate — Comfortable discussing Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Networking with a business owner

This is a commission-based, remote, independent contractor position.
