Blume LLC (Inc. 5000) is hiring an experienced SDR/BDR (1+ year) who can ramp quickly, work independently, and thrive in a fast-moving, client-facing environment.
This is a call-forward outbound role in a professional services delivery model. You will prospect daily, qualify and book meetings, and communicate proactively with internal teammates and clients. Success requires high activity, high polish, and excellent organization.

What You’ll Do
• Execute high-velocity outbound prospecting (call-first) to generate qualified meetings for assigned client accounts.
• Research accounts and personas, build targeted lists, and refine messaging and talk tracks through testing and iteration.
• Qualify prospects, schedule next-step meetings, and deliver clean handoffs with clear notes and context.
• Maintain proactive client communication: updates, follow-through, responsiveness, and professionalism.
• Track activity and outcomes in the tools provided and stay organized across accounts, stakeholders, and meeting logistics.

Experience & Qualifications (Must-haves)
• 1+ year of recent SDR/BDR experience where cold calling was a primary channel.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations (activity + outcomes).
• Experience with common SDR tooling such as dialers, data/list building, and sequencing.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional presence with executives and client stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and execution: you follow a daily plan, keep clean notes, and consistently close the loop.
• Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment with accountability and pace.
• Must live in DC, VA, MD, PA, NJ, NC, SC, GA, or FL only (due to business and compliance requirements)
Preferred / Plus
• SDR agency, multi-client, or professional services experience (strong advantage).
• Experience selling B2B solutions to executive buyers (VP/C-level) and navigating gatekeepers.
• Exposure to technical or regulated markets (e.g., cybersecurity, proptech, fintech, HR tech, health tech).

Compensation, Benefits & Perks
• Base salary: $50,000–$60,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Incentive compensation: Uncapped earning potential (governed by Blume’s incentive plan and paid consistently based on performance). Incentives are tied to meetings that are held/attended; on-track incentive earnings are approximately ~$1,000/month. Periodic team challenges may include additional cash awards.
