The Role
- Lead end-to-end product sourcing initiatives by analyzing customer feedback data, return trends, and competitor benchmarking.
- Drive significant company growth by identifying, selecting, and launching high-quality industrial and packaging products.
- Build and manage high-level vendor relationships, negotiating quality standards and resolving complex manufacturing issues.

What You'll Need
