Role Description
PGP is seeking an experienced and driven Associate to join our Boston office. This role provides a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and directly contribute to live M&A transactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong foundation in financial modeling and transaction execution, and an eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and other quantitative materials
- Draft and manage key transaction documents, including pitch materials and confidential information memoranda
- Supervise and mentor analysts and interns throughout the deal process
- Support client communications and relationship management efforts
- Manage virtual data rooms and oversee due diligence processes
- Assist in business development and market coverage initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting, or finance
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-growth setting
- Prior healthcare services experience is a plus
