Are you ready to turn product data into a high-performance shopping experience? We are looking for a sharp, analytical Junior Product Marketing Associate to join an award-winning creative team. You will bridge the gap between merchandising and the customer, using Microsoft Excel, database insights, and market research to position thousands of products for maximum impact across both digital and print platforms.
The Role
• Lead the charge in high-stakes catalog and website layout meetings, ensuring all product visuals and technical specifications are complete, accurate, and high-converting.
• Conceptualize strategic product positioning by identifying unique value propositions compared to existing inventory and competitor offerings.
• Drive data-driven decisions by analyzing market trends and internal reports to stay ahead of the curve in industrial and shipping supply sectors.
• Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Merchandising, and Internet teams to launch new product lines and optimize web marketing funnels.
• Monitor and analyze customer return data to identify product friction points and implement marketing strategies that lower return percentages.
What You'll Need
• A Bachelor’s degree and a hunger to grow within a fast-paced corporate marketing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Access or database management systems is highly preferred.
• Exposure to AS400 or large-scale enterprise databases is a significant advantage for managing complex product inventories.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical product features into compelling customer benefits.
• An analytical mindset capable of spotting trends in customer behavior and competitive market movements.
