Position Type:
Required:
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience creating, enhancing, and maintaining process documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience preferred.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as TM1 is a plus.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and adherence to deadlines.
- Strong control mindset with sound problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Working knowledge of private alternative investment structures and operations (e.g., Private Equity, Real Estate, and Credit) preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Private CFO team across process improvement activities, core financial reporting, and forecasting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and participate in key automation and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with ongoing deliverables, including calculation and delivery of equity and carried interest estimates to the General Ledger.
- Perform weekly monitoring and forecasting of current quarter projected investment related revenue, including public market pricing, FX impacts, and private valuation estimates.
- Produce quarterly PPNR revenue and balance sheet forecasts, including assumption collection, input validation, and review of model outputs across revenue streams and related expenses.
- Partner with cross functional Finance teams to enhance financial processes, controls, and systems.
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses, projects, and initiatives as business needs arise.
