As Tekcard continues to grow, we are seeking a Graphic Designer to support both our operational and marketing design needs.
Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled, efficient, and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who will work on structured documents, merchant application forms, marketing materials, and UI-related projects.
This role requires daily work inside Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Acrobat, with strong emphasis on speed, precision, and workflow efficiency.
This is a full-time, in-person position located at our Lyndhurst, NJ office.
Remote or part-time arrangements are not available.
Key Responsibilities
Application & Document Design
- Design and maintain merchant application forms
- Build structured and editable PDF form files
- Edit, revise, and optimize documents using Adobe Acrobat
- Ensure documents are clean, organized, and user-friendly
- Maintain internal agreements, partner documentation, and operational forms
- Handle ongoing document revisions efficiently and accurately
Graphic & Marketing Design
- Design brochures, flyers, one-pagers, and branded materials
- Prepare campaign visuals and digital marketing assets
- Maintain visual consistency across all Tekcard materials
- Support internal and external communication design needs
UI & Digital Design
- Design layouts and visual elements for the Tekcard website
- Create UI visuals and interface components for our Agent Portal
- Produce clean, structured, and functional interface designs
- Support ongoing improvements to the digital user experience
Required Software Expertise
You will be working inside design applications every day, and advanced proficiency is required.
Primary Daily Tools
- Adobe Illustrator (Advanced — daily heavy use)
- Adobe Acrobat / Acrobat Reader (Advanced — PDF editing, form creation, structured document management)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Figma
Additional Tools
Strong overall mastery of Adobe Creative Suite is expected.
Special emphasis will be placed on:
- Speed and precision in Adobe Illustrator
- Advanced PDF form building and document structuring in Acrobat
- Strong layout hierarchy and structured document workflow
- Ability to transition smoothly between print and UI design projects
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating:
- Structured document and form design
- Clean layout systems
- UI or web interface projects
- Ability to work full-time in person in Lyndhurst, NJ
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Experience in the payment processing industry is preferred but not mandatory. However, the ability to quickly understand new systems, terminology, and structured workflows is essential.
