We value creativity, compassion, and making a tangible difference while offering high-quality clothing products. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Designer to support our design team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is excited to learn the full design and development process within a growing fashion brand. This position will work closely with our Lead Designer and assist in bringing new collections from concept to production.
Responsibilities
• Assist with creating and updating tech packs for production
• Support the design team with CADs, colorways, and Illustrator updates
• Organize Pantones, fabrics, trims, and design references
• Assist with sample tracking and organization
• Help prepare materials for factory communication and revisions
• Assist with line sheets and seasonal collection organization
• Support with fit comments and tech pack updates after fittings
• Help maintain organized design files and product development timelines
• Assist with photoshoot preparation and product styling needs
Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 0–2 years experience
• Familiar with Adobe Illustrator
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Strong interest in apparel design and product development
