As a Business Systems Analyst – Supply Chain, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting strategic decision-making processes. Pay Range: $40 - $45/hr on Experis W2 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze complex operational and supply chain datasets to support business decisions
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Extract, transform, and analyze data to identify trends and operational insights
- Support supply chain and order fulfillment teams with data-driven recommendations
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business needs into reporting solutions
- Monitor key performance metrics and communicate findings to cross-functional teams
- Assist in improving data processes, reporting frameworks, and operational efficiency
- Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting project deadlines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related technical field
- 5–7 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analysis, or business intelligence roles
- 3+ years of experience working with supply chain or logistics data
- Strong experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards
- Strong data analysis skills with experience working with complex datasets
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting tools
- Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting "supply chain operations such as order fulfillment, logistics, inventory, or distribution"
- Experience working with "large-scale datasets and cloud-based analytics environments"
- Exposure to SQL or basic programming concepts for data extraction and analysis
- Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving business priorities
