QUALIFICATIONS:
- Entry Level is Welcome
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle for field use
- Ability to set and achieve goals by acquiring new business, establishing new relationships, and utilizing proven strategies
- Sales experience is preferred but not required
COMPENSATION:
- Paid training to develop your skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend daily office check-ins for training and mentorship
- Generate leads through neighborhood outreach and door-to-door canvassing
- Present inspection results and roofing solutions to homeowners
- Guide homeowners through the first step of their insurance claim
- Relay customer and job details to operations for coordination and production
