The RoleWe are hiring an Account Coordinator to work closely with our Director of Client Services in managing client relationships and keeping projects moving smoothly. You’ll be the go-between on client needs, requests, and distributing key client information from meetings to critical team members to execute on projects and tasks.
This role focuses on project management across client accounts. You will attend client meetings, document discussions and action items, coordinate internal work, and ensure projects progress according to plan. Your
As a small agency, visibility into strategy and client conversations is high. You will be exposed to how marketing strategy is developed and delivered, and over time, you will take on greater responsibility within client accounts and eventually serve as a backup to the primary account lead when unavailable. This is a great stepping-stone role to becoming a primary account manager.
This role is well-suited for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in developing into a client-facing account leadership role.
Responsibilities- Attend client meetings and capture clear, structured notes and action items
- Prepare meeting agendas, reports, and supporting materials before client calls
- Translate meeting discussions into actionable tasks within Monday.com
- Assign tasks to the appropriate team members and track progress against deadlines
- Send recap emails following meetings to confirm deliverables and next steps
- Monitor active projects to ensure work stays on schedule
- Independently follow up with team members internally to keep tasks moving. Surface risks, delays, or unclear requests early so they can be addressed
- Maintain visibility into project status across multiple client accounts
- Over time, begin contributing to portions of client meetings and account communication
