Job Overview
We are a fast-growing, award-winning solar and roofing company in Fresno (Diamond Certified® and voted 2025 Best of the West). We are bringing our entire digital marketing program in-house so we can move faster, cut agency costs, and dramatically increase qualified leads.
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Specialist who will own Google Ads and Local Service Ads while also managing paid social, email marketing, content creation, jobsite photography/video, and full-funnel optimization. This is a high-impact role where you will control the campaigns and content that fill our installation calendar.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize all Google Ads campaigns (Search + Performance Max) and Google Local Service Ads (LSA) — including verification, budget pacing, lead quality filtering, and daily performance tuning
- Run paid social ads (Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite) and Microsoft Ads to support lead generation
- Execute email marketing campaigns, automation, segmentation, and A/B testing
- Create and edit professional photos and videos at active jobsites for social media, website, Google Business Profile, and marketing campaigns
- Develop social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and brand development across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
- Optimize landing pages, conversion funnels, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and A/B testing
- Track and report on all marketing performance using Google Analytics, ROAS optimization, campaign insights, and weekly dashboards
- Support additional marketing initiatives including SEO, website updates, project management, and cross-team collaboration
Requirements
- 2–4+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads (must be Google Ads certified or able to pass certification in first 30 days)
- Direct experience managing Google Local Service Ads (LSA) — this is the #1 requirement
- Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite) and Microsoft Ads
- Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics, landing page optimization, CRO, email marketing, automation, and A/B testing
- Comfortable shooting and editing jobsite photos and short videos (iPhone or basic camera equipment is fine — we provide what you need)
- Data-driven mindset with experience in ROAS optimization, campaign reporting, and insights
- Experience in home services, solar, roofing, or HVAC is a big plus
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus for engaging diverse customer bases
- Excellent communicator who can work directly with ownership
