Responsibilities
- Engage with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their cabinetry needs and preferences
- Provide expert guidance on product options, design ideas, and customization features to help clients make informed decisions
- Assist customers with data entry tasks such as order processing, specifications documentation, and updating client records using Microsoft Office and other computer tools
- Manage outbound calling campaigns to follow up with leads, confirm appointments, or gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Deliver exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive attitude with all interactions
- Collaborate closely with the design team to translate client requests into detailed plans and specifications
- Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary and maintain organized records of all client interactions and sales activities
Skills
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual proficiency in English plus another language are highly valued for serving diverse clientele
- Strong sales aptitude combined with excellent communication skills to effectively promote products and build lasting relationships
- Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or retail environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills to engage customers confidently over the phone or in person
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Outbound calling experience to follow up on leads or confirm appointments efficiently
- Analysis skills to assess customer needs and recommend suitable solutions while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail in cash handling, typing accuracy, and documentation ensures smooth operations and satisfied clients
