Role Description
The Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue. Responsibilities include nurturing, pitching and closing prospects. Working your pipeline of daily new leads and aging leads will be imperative to success.
This is a full-time, remote position based in Charlotte, NC. We will have an office soon and will be expected to be present. High performers get the autonomy and remote working environment when reasonable. Salary is 45K, commission paid on every sale and bonuses afforded if we fulfill a client. Current OTE is no less than 85K. Upward growth will raise your OTE drastically.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Customer relationship management and client-focused problem-solving
- Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple responsibilities
- Can learn a sales script, effectively pitch a prospect and handle any objections in order to one-call close leads.
Preferences
- Experience in membership-based or service-oriented business models is a plus
- Knowledge of health and wellness concepts - strength training, exercising, etc.
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (or similar) as well as the Google Workspace.
