We are currently seeking a
Business Analyst for a prominent client of ours. This position is
fully remote (EST/CST preferred). Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- Pay: $35-39.02/hr (W2)
- 1-year assignment with possibility of extension based on performance and continued need
- You will gather and analyze software requirements based on customer needs
- You will create and document workflows related to customer journeys
- You will act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project management to drive project deliverables
- You will analyze business problems, assess impact, and help develop solutions
- You will support software QA, UAT, and integration testing efforts
- You will assist with preparing presentations and documentation for stakeholders
- You will help evaluate and improve business processes and workflows
- You will support customer onboarding and deliver basic software training
- You will work in a fast-paced, Agile environment using tools like Jira
Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of Jira and Agile methodology
- Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and workflow documentation
- Exposure to QA, UAT, or integration testing preferred
- Interest in technology/software with a willingness to learn
- Experience in financial services or payments industry is a plus
