Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of business analytics experience, payments risk experience, or a combination of both
- 4+ years of writing complex SQL code (in Microsoft SQL Server or Hive) with experience parsing XML, delimited, and fixed with data files
- Proven analytical thinking, problem solving skills with attention to detail
- Reporting and analytics experience to develop data pipelines, data transformation, and reporting for business analysts/executives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of the GPL products and services and Wholesale Banking
- Inquisitive and a fast learner of the business concepts, processes, and details
- Proven experience in consulting and leading discussions with partners on planning and executing highly complex business problems
- Experience in developing and managing great working relationships with business and technology partners
- Strong organizational and change management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction
- Experience working in a fast paced environment managing multiple simultaneous complex initiatives.
