Job Title: Business Analyst IT
Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Rate: $40 - $45 / HR (W2 Only)
Job/Role Description:
- Responsible for the full lifecycle of reporting, from gathering requirements to developing SQL queries and providing ongoing support.
- Serves as the primary IT business consultant and interface between business groups and IT teams.
- Analyzes and understands the work processes of assigned business areas to identify needs and deliver effective solutions.
- Provides technical knowledge to support efficient design, development, implementation, and support of systems, collaborating with programmers to explain and refine solutions.
- Participates in project implementations to assess impacts on assigned business groups.
- Conducts regular prioritization and planning sessions with assigned business areas.
- Ensures overall customer satisfaction through effective communications, analysis, problem resolution, consultation, testing, development of solutions, and adherence to service level agreements.
- Requires strong problem-solving skills, experience developing and troubleshooting SQL, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of leadership, business partners, and IT teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. In lieu of a degree, 4 years of related business experience.
- 1-3 years of related experience in business and/or information technology systems analysis or support, in addition to the degree requirement.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in SQL development, support, and troubleshooting.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proven ability to gather requirements effectively.
- Ability to work effectively with customers, IT management, and teammates.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience explaining technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service orientation and collaborative team-focused approach.
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
