ROEN is a New York–based fine jewelry house rooted in master craftsmanship and considered design. We create pieces made to honor life's most meaningful moments — and we tell that story every day through content that feels alive, personal, and unmistakably us.
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — someone who understands luxury aesthetics, moves fast, and thinks strategically.
What You'll Own
- Full content strategy and execution across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Developing and maintaining a content calendar that balances product, storytelling, culture, and community
- Filming, editing, and producing short-form video — including content for the founder's personal TikTok, which directly feeds ROEN's growth and visibility
- Community engagement: responding to comments and DMs with warmth and brand-appropriate tone
- Tracking performance across channels and turning data into smarter decisions
- Supporting campaign copy, newsletters, and marketing initiatives as needed
- Reporting directly to the founders
Who You Are
- 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, or a related creative role
- A strong visual eye — you understand what luxury looks like
- Comfortable on set and behind the camera; you can film and direct with minimal hand-holding
- Fast, resourceful, and self-directed — you figure things out and keep things moving
- Deep native fluency with TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest (you use these, you don't just manage them)
- Excellent copywriting instincts — you know how to sound human, elevated, and never corporate
- Based in New York City and available to work in-person
- Bonus: experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Canva, CapCut, or fine jewelry / luxury brands
