What you'll do
→ Support the planning and execution of live events, activations, and on-site campaigns
→ Be present on the ground — set up, run, and wrap up marketing experiences
→ Liaise with vendors, partners, and venues to keep logistics moving
→ Represent the brand face-to-face with customers, clients, and the public
→ Assist with briefing materials, recaps, and post-event reporting
→ Help coordinate schedules, logistics, and on-site teams across projects
Who you are
→ 0–2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a client-facing role
→ Confident and personable — you're comfortable talking to anyone
→ Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple moving parts
→ Someone who does their best work in person, not on Zoom
→ Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve on the spot
→ Bonus: experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, or hospitality
