Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing & Brand Coordinator, located in New York, NY. The coordinator will manage and execute digital marketing campaigns, develop brand strategies, implement brand management initiatives, and oversee branding efforts to align with company objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating and analyzing marketing content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, monitoring brand performance across multiple platforms, and ensuring consistent brand messaging. The role involves combining creative and analytical expertise to elevate brand presence and foster growth in both domestic and global markets.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Brand Strategy, Brand Management, and Branding
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven Analytical Skills to monitor and assess marketing performance metrics
- Experience with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and e-commerce strategies
- Knowledge of beauty trends and global beauty market dynamics is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Excel intermediate+
- Korean intermediate+ preferred
