Overview
Plays a critical role in optimizing enterprise resource planning systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business units. Assists in designing and configuring ERP solutions tailored to business needs, validates system functionality through rigorous testing, and supports user acceptance testing. Monitors system performance, recommending enhancements, managing change requests, and facilitating end-user training and documentation to drive successful adoption.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate detailed business and technical requirements
• Design and configure ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs
• Validate system functionality through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and manage change requests throughout the system lifecycle
• Develop and deliver end-user training and maintain clear, user-friendly documentation
• Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and supporting business processes
• Demonstrated expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting detailed business and technical requirements
• Experience designing, configuring, and supporting ERP solutions aligned with organizational needs
• Strong skills in system testing, change management, and end-user support
• Proven ability to monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness
