Sales & Marketing Assistant
New York, NY (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a sharp, organized Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing business lending team. This person will play a key role in client retention, sales administration, and marketing execution—helping us stay connected with our customers and build our brand presence.
What You’ll Do
- Make retention and follow-up calls to existing clients to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities
- Assist the sales team with CRM updates, deal tracking, and reporting
- Support the onboarding process for new clients and partners
- Help manage email campaigns, content updates, and social media posts
- Contribute to marketing materials, design ideas, and creative content (an eye for layout and detail is a big plus)
- Coordinate internal projects and keep things organized across departments
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills — comfortable speaking with business owners and team members
- Highly organized, detail-driven, and proactive
- Interest or experience in sales support, marketing, or customer success
- Familiarity with tools like CRMS, AI, Canva and social media platforms is a bonus
