Role Description
This full-time, on-site role as a Regional Sales Representative is based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. Key tasks include conducting market research, onboarding new accounts, collaborating with clients to understand business needs, and promoting Tnuva USA’s product portfolio. Additionally, the role requires regular client visits to provide exceptional service and build strong partnerships, as well as tracking sales data and preparing reports to ensure goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, prospect, and onboard independent kosher retailers, specialty grocery stores, and regional chains across the Tri-State area
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with store owners, category buyers, and distribution partners
• Support product launches, in-store demos, and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketing
• Identify opportunities to expand SKU assortment within existing accounts
• Monitor competitive activity and report on market trends, retailer feedback, and sales performance
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activity, pipeline status, and account updates in CRM
• Represent Tnuva at trade shows and industry events across the region
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of field sales experience, ideally in food, CPG, or specialty/kosher retail
• Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and account management
• Strong relationship-building skills with store-level and buyer-level contacts
• Comfortable with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
• Ability to travel throughout the Tri-State area on a daily basis
• Knowledge of the kosher market is a strong plus
Annual Salary: $52,000
Commission- Uncapped
