The Role
We are seeking a Senior Management Consultant to lead workstreams and guide complex client engagements from analysis to implementation. This role is ideal for a consultant with 6–12 years of experience who can combine strategy, operations, and program execution while working closely with senior client stakeholders.
You will be responsible for structuring problems, delivering actionable recommendations, managing project workstreams, and ensuring the successful execution of client initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams across strategic, operational, and transformation initiatives
- Analyze business processes, organizational structures, and performance data
- Develop actionable recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Facilitate workshops and working sessions with cross-functional teams and executives
- Prepare executive presentations, dashboards, and reports
- Track initiative progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
- Partner with client leadership to ensure adoption and sustainable change
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 6–12 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or transformation roles
- Proven experience leading workstreams on complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
- Experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and business analysis tools
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, financial services, or healthcare
- Track record in business transformation, merger, acquisition, divestiture, operational improvement, or ERP/digital programs
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies
- Experience creating executive-level strategy, operational recommendations, and dashboards
