The Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Marketing Coordinator to support our internal marketing efforts across social and email. This is a highly executional role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and has strong taste in content and design.
You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, and email—owning the day-to-day planning, creation, and publishing of content.
What You’ll Do
Social Media Execution
* Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram and TikTok
* Maintain and manage a consistent content calendar
* Coordinate with internal team on content ideas, priorities, and approvals
* Write captions that are clear, engaging, and on-brand
* Monitor performance and flag what’s working / what’s not
Content Creation & Design
* Create social assets using Canva (graphics, simple edits, formatting)
* Ensure all content aligns with Ponte Firm’s brand and aesthetic
* Repurpose existing content into new formats (clips, carousels, etc.)
Email Marketing
* Own execution of email campaigns (newsletters, announcements, etc.)
* Build and format emails in platforms like Klaviyo or similar
* Coordinate content, timing, and segmentation
* Track basic performance metrics (open rate, CTR, etc.)
General Coordination
* Keep marketing initiatives organized and on schedule
* Support ad hoc marketing projects as needed
* Act as a reliable point of execution for the team
Who You Are
* 1–3 years experience in marketing, social media, or content roles
* Strong eye for design and detail
* Comfortable working in fast-paced, startup environments
* Highly organized and proactive—you don’t need constant direction
* Familiar with Instagram and TikTok trends and best practices
* Experience with Canva and email marketing platforms
* Strong written communication skills
