Content & Digital Marketing Specialist
Position Overview
A leading women’s fashion brand, celebrated for its timeless and effortlessly chic clothing and swimwear, is seeking a Content & Digital Marketing Specialist to bring its brand to life across every digital touchpoint. Sitting within their DTC team and working closely with the Director of Ecommerce and senior leadership, this role is for someone who leads with a strong creative eye and thrives with ownership. You’ll be the driving force behind content that feels unmistakably us—elevated, effortless, and always on-brand—while ensuring every piece of content and communication supports our ecommerce goals and revenue initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Create and schedule engaging content across all brand social channels, including video, static posts, and paid ad assets.
- Maintain a consistent, on-brand visual aesthetic across all content formats and platforms.
- Develop content that aligns with DTC sales initiatives, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and translate them into content that resonates with our audience.
- Monitor analytics across all channels and use insights to continuously improve performance.
Community Management
- Manage day-to-day engagement across all social channels, responding to comments and DMs in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
- Foster a warm and authentic community presence that reflects the brands voice.
Email Marketing
- Build, manage, and deploy email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo in support of ecommerce revenue goals.
- Partner with the Director of Ecommerce to ensure email cadence and messaging align with sales initiatives and product priorities.
- Maintain consistent brand standards in design, copy, and cadence across all email communications.
- Track email performance and apply learnings to optimize future campaigns.
Creative & Photoshoot Support
- Support the planning and execution of brand photoshoots, including on-set assistance and asset organization.
- Help ensure all creative assets are aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand direction.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing. Fashion or lifestyle experience is a plus.
- A strong, demonstrable eye for design, composition, and brand aesthetics.
- Deep expertise in Instagram and TikTok—how they work, what performs, and what’s trending—with the ability to extend that skill set across all brand channels.
- Experience creating short-form video content and static ad assets.
- Proficiency in Klaviyo or a comparable email marketing platform.
- Understanding of how content and email marketing drive ecommerce performance.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Passion for fashion and a genuine connection to the brands aesthetic.
Salary $50,000-$75,000
