Position Overview
We are looking for a self-motivated, high-performing individual with a strong background in automotive fleet sales and a deep understanding of both customer service excellence and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience with Toyota or Lexus brands and demonstrate the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fleet sales operations, focusing on business clients, municipalities, and commercial accounts
- Prospect, acquire, and retain fleet customers through strategic outreach and relationship-building
- Ensure all transactions and processes meet California state regulations and Toyota compliance standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle and beyond
- Track performance metrics, manage reporting, and drive consistent growth in fleet volume
- Collaborate with dealership leadership to align fleet strategies with overall sales objectives
Qualifications
- Previous Toyota or Lexus experience is required
- Proven success in fleet or commercial automotive sales
- Strong prospecting, networking, and account management skills
- Thorough understanding of California compliance requirements related to vehicle sales
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
