Position OverviewAutodesk is transforming how enterprise platforms deliver compliant, scalable, and customer-centric global commerce. Within the Growth Experience Technology (GET) organization, the Trade Compliance Product Team owns the product strategy and delivery of capabilities that ensure Autodesk's ERP, CRM, Subscription, e-commerce platforms, and acquired systems comply with global trade regulations-by design and at scale.
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trade Compliance & Export Controls to define, deliver, and evolve the product vision for automated, auditable, and globally consistent enforcement of export controls and trade compliance requirements.
This is a senior individual contributor role with broad influence across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commerce Operations, Engineering, and M&A integration teams. The role sits at the intersection of regulatory policy, enterprise platforms, and end-to-end transaction workflows that support Autodesk's customer and growth journey.
Responsibilities- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Trade Compliance and Export Controls within GET
- Translate regulatory obligations and risk scenarios into clear product outcomes and priorities
- Balance short-term regulatory commitments with long-term platform scalability and reuse
- Partner with engineering teams to design automated, scalable, and auditable compliance capabilities
- Drive integration of compliance enforcement across ERP, CRM, Subscription, Commerce, and acquisition platforms
- Define end-to-end transaction workflows spanning order capture, fulfillment, invoicing, and renewals
- Act as the primary product interface for Legal, Compliance, Finance, Commerce Operations, and Engineering
- Align senior stakeholders on scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs
- Influence upstream systems and data owners to improve product classification, screening accuracy, and data quality
- Author clear product requirements, epics, and acceptance criteria
- Partner closely with engineering using Agile delivery practices
- Prioritize work to meet regulatory deadlines while minimizing customer and operational friction
- Ensure enforcement actions are traceable, explainable, and audit-ready
- Support internal and external audits through product capabilities and reporting
- Define repeatable playbooks for integrating acquired companies into compliant transaction workflows
Minimum Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise or platform environments
- Experience delivering products in regulated, risk-sensitive, or compliance-driven domains
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, Commerce, or Subscription platforms
- Proven ability to partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering organizations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with global trade compliance, export controls, or sanctions (direct or adjacent)
- Familiarity with regulations such as EAR, ITAR, OFAC, or similar international trade frameworks
- Experience integrating third-party compliance or screening solutions
- Strong data fluency with an understanding of auditability and traceability requirements
- Experience supporting M&A integrations in enterprise environments

Salary transparencySalary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $105,000 and $188,760. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
