Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and customer engagement across multiple platforms.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to optimize product listings, website content, and landing pages for higher search engine rankings.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques by analyzing user behavior data and refining website layout, product placement, and call-to-action elements.
- Manage content creation, including product descriptions, banners, blog posts, and social media content using content management systems like WordPress.
- Coordinate social media marketing efforts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to online stores.
- Design visually appealing graphics and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing campaigns.
- Monitor digital marketing performance through Google Analytics, Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), SEM strategies, and marketing automation tools to refine campaigns continuously.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote special offers or new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including graphic designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends related to e-commerce, SEO, social media management, and performance marketing to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
- Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar content management systems.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, tools (like SEMrush or Ahrefs), and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).
- Demonstrated ability in digital marketing channels including social media advertising (Facebook Advertising), Google Ads campaigns, email marketing automation, and SEM strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL or other technical skills that support website optimization efforts.
- Skilled in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for creating compelling visual content.
- Experience with performance marketing tactics aimed at increasing conversions and sales metrics.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging product descriptions and promotional content tailored for different audiences.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies within an e-commerce context is a plus.
