Responsibilities:
- Concept, design, and produce high-quality tour books and leasing activity reports for current and prospective clients.
- Develop demographic and competitor research reports and trade area maps (e.g., using Esri, Placer.ai, Azira or similar platforms) based on client requests.
- Create and update market overview maps containing comparables, availabilities, and sales volumes for markets throughout NYC.
- Maintain and update the team’s Power BI sales data dashboards and reports.
- Compile comprehensive retail overview packages for malls, shopping centers, and high streets across the United States.
- Manage all content development and updates for marketing materials for the broker team, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
- Partner closely with team leadership to execute business development initiatives, including pitch decks, case studies, proposals, and board approval packages.
- Book deals in the revenue management system, track payments, and send invoices as directed.
- Organize and maintain shared drives, folders, and document naming conventions.
- Maintain and organize team contact databases and distribution lists.
- Provide light administrative support, including preparing expense reports and coordinating in-house client meetings and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; Outlook).
- Experience creating visual marketing materials such as pitch decks, reports, and brochures.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to proof, format, and quality-check client-facing materials.
- Comfort working with data and basic analytics tools (e.g., Excel and Power BI) to update reports and summarize information.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively and collaboratively within a fast-paced brokerage/team environment.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in commercial real estate, tenant representation, or a professional services/financial services environment.
- Experience with mapping or GIS-style tools (Esri, Placer.ai, Azira, or similar).
- Familiarity with CRM or revenue management systems.
Salary Range Language
The expected rate for this position ranges from $35.00 to $40.86 hourly. The actual hourly rate will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to the hourly rate and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
